So, you've been hearing the recent buzz
about Ron Paul and his libertarian ideals, you like most of what
he says, and now you're thinking about supporting him. You're
probably thinking that it would be such a refreshing change to
have a libertarian in the white house. There's just one problem,
Ron Paul is a republican running on the republican ticket.
It's high time that Ron Paul
supporters learn about the real Libertarian party front runner
Wayne Allyn Root and his campaign to "Root for America".
What's that? You've never even
heard of Wayne Allyn Root? Don't feel bad, most people haven't,
but that's all about to change.
So who is Wayne Allyn Root,
what does he believe in, and why is he different than Ron Paul?
Wayne's political career began at age 3 when he

hero and mentor. Root pledges to carry on Barry's vision, that
if elected, his first act would be to give the power back to the
people. It's your tax money, it's your government, and Root
plans to return it to you.
Wayne Allyn Root is a
television host, author, CEO, patriot, and risk-taker. His
exuberance, enthusiasm, and winning smile speak volumes. Wayne
Allyn Root, or "WAR" as he is often referred to, it a dynamic,
charismatic, flame-throwing, rabble-rousing, tax-cutting,
limited government, revolution-leading Libertarian. The
Republicans and Democrats don't know it yet, but WAR is going to

On the war in Iraq Root says it's a
complicated issue. Root believes the answer must involve a
combination of nuance, compromise, and common sense. Root in
fact believes that we should show our true colors and
request the Iraqi people to vote on America's role in Iraq.
If the Iraqi people vote for U.S. troops to stay, we should
still make plans to get out of Iraq as soon as possible but
we should at all times put pressure on the Iraqi government
to achieve certain benchmarks.
Root believes that there are some important questions that
need to be investigated and answered such as:
-
Why isn't the war being funded as promised
by President Bush by Iraqi oil?
-
Why aren't Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, and
other moderate Arab countries paying thier fair share for
the Iraq war?
Root says that we should not
learn the lesson that war is bad or wrong in all circumstances.
At times war is necessary. Freedom isn't free - unfortunately we
must fight for freedom, rights, and liberty. The war on terror
is real and Root will not allow the United States to lose the
war on terror.
But the lessons we should
learn from Iraq is that we can not occupy a nation post-war.
Root does not support nation building and believes that the
Government wastes money. In fact Government by it's nature is
corrupt. We need more oversight of defense contractors and
private companies like Halliburton.
