I am going to sticky this because sometimes when we upgrade chat or update something, then members have issues logging into chat.

For those having issues getting into chat and getting messages such as "wrong flash version" or "wrong flash client", I refer you to the following post (this can be found by using the search function in the forum and searching for "clearing cache"):

Still cant get into chat! I downloaded the flash and got in once and now I cant get back in? I have cleared cache several times and restarting server as well!!!! I am more than frustrated!!!! Please help

Hmmm...

Try this, clear your cache again, restart your browser again, log onto the main site, then hit ctrl+f5 which should do a hard refresh, then try to get into chat.

Let me know if you still cant get in.

i cant chat

What happens when you click on chat?
Does the flash applet show the loading screen? If so does it load or does it stay stuck on 0?

If it loads, is it signing you in to chat automatically?

Ugh all of a sudden i cant get into chat. it was working fine earlier today, even after the updates. now i cant get in. ive done the clearing of the history and cache, even tried a new browser (Chrome, which had no history) but its still not working. i guess ill just keep trying till i can get on.
