problems with firefox browswer 4 Months ago Karma: 0
it seems that several people are experiencing problems getting into chat using Firefox browser. I can get to the home page, and sign in, but chat will not load. It worked fine yesterday, but won't work today. Explorer still works but is much slower. Several other people are having this problem. Any suggestions???

I'm using firefox and it seems to be working ok.
We did make some changes on chat to tighten security early this morning which may be causing the issue. More than likely you just need to clear your browser cache and restart your browser.

I dont think its a cache issue, I cleared it a bunch of times even manually deleted everything in the cache folders to no avail. this is w/ firefox 3.5.5.

The applet starts to load but just hangs at 0% any ideas what it might be?
