Ok since alot of people want to bitch about the mods and how they do their job we dont have mods anymore....

We really need mods on here... People dont know how to act without them... They act as if they was raised by a pack of wild wolves... People need to grow up big time...

I FEEL BOTH WAYS..I CAME HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE CAZ OF NO MODS....BUT PPL HAVE TO BE CHILDISH N NOT RESCPT OTHERS N AND JUST IGNORE PPL U DONT LIKE....BUT ON THE OTHER HAND MODS WAS A GOOD THING...UNILL CERTAIN ONES THOUGHT THEY WAS BOSS OR GOD....I LOST MY MOD OVER SOMETHING STUPID BUT THATS OK...IN MY HEART I NO I WASNT AS BAD AS SOME MODS...BUT THATS ALSO OK CAZ NOW I CAN JAMM N NOT WORRY ABOUT THE BABYS NEEDING TO BE WATCH OVER.... WE GOTTA UNDERSTAND NO ONE IS PERFECT N SHIT WILL HAPPEN...BUT WHAT IT BOILS DOWN TOO WE NEED A FEW MODS THAT ARE HERE ALOT N CAN KEEP A EYE ON THINGS....NOT 7 MODS IN ONE ROOM THO.....

i think we need mods. at least 2 in each room, and they have to do their job, who needs some one with a power trip

i agree, but when people ask about it, we shouldnt shoot them down unless we really figure out whether they can manage it.

the time limit thing, i agree with. i've only been active on here for half a week, but i know about regulars and the non-regs. I was a member of the myspace pagan chat for 5 years, so i KNOW how some people act. Once you've been exposed to that for so long, it helps to have someone you can turn to who is able to remove them for the sanity and happiness of the room in general.

However, i also agree that there should be a limit on their power. Some people (not giving names) get power trips and decide they have the power to do as they want, however inappropriate. Lead by example. Perhaps it would be beneficial to the public in general if we have quarterly evaluations on the mods, to see how they're coping?

I'm always going to play devil's advocate on this.

i agree totaly ther has to be some here to keep some peace, many time before i became a mod in lobby i would be in there chatting with some good freinds and some disrespeckfull ass would come in and tear up the hole room , they always go after the women

i agree there was some mods over time that let it go to there heads but they were delt with and removed i alwas was fare when i had to do what i had to do , any one that feals i was not doing what i was sapose to do feal free to tell me i am not god many have know me i have been here almost a year, meet and made many freinds here and seen way to many assholes come and go but A LOT OF THEM BAD EGGS ARE STILL HERE,i will give no names, most regulares know who they are

i am a straight male i come here to chatt with some freinds and catch what happeningthat was nice part of the lobby here a safe place
