When I click the chat button at the top of the screen, it'll try to load the page then says "group name error , connection failed". I was just wondering how much longer chat would be down. Thanks

cant get into chat. the chat window pops up when i click on "chat" but stalls on "connecting" gahhhh

I opened the chat...said connecting. Went out, had breakfast, did my laundry, washed my car....came back and still says connecting!!!
