Well it's mushroom huntin time again so I think sometime this week I'm gonna grab the old ak-47 and see if I can't bag me a mushroom or two.

Last year I found a few but like a dummy I put them in a bowl of salt water and put them in the fridge, but didn't take them out for a few months lol. I like finding them more than I like cooking them.

When I was little my grandma used to take me mushroom huntin and I used to believe that you had to be really quiet and sneak up on them otherwise they would pop back into the ground before you could get them. Looking back I think it may have been a way of my grandma keeping me quiet. I tested this theory last year and in fact the mushrooms did not pop back under ground when I made noise.

Any other mushroom hunters out there? If so let me know where you're from and how many pounds you find.

	pft You dumbass. And yes... I remember that vile concoction of mushrooms that have sat in a bowl for a few months sitting in the fridge after I repeatedly asked you to remove it. 	pft Why is it every year you get mushrooms and then let them go bad? And these were big fricken mushrooms! We probably could have won that contest at the winery for biggest mushroom. We could have had a hand carved spirit Morel!! lol (Not exactly sure what a "spirit Morel" is? lol) And a free bottle of wine and a t-shirt! Well, at least this year you didn't ruin one of my bowls.
